We moved everything to a storage unit before the end of September. Our last week we were literally 'camping' in our living room with stuff we would either take with us or dump at the very last minute. On Oct. 5th we picked up our rental car, stored ours away, did one more trip to the storage, waved bye and hit the road for Houston at 1 A.M. on Oct. 6th. We flew from Houston through Chicago to Munich where my relatives waited and took care of us, our living cargo (that made the journey just fine), and all the crates. After 36 hours of travelling we all made it safely home. (In all of the airport pictures you can find 3 crates in the distance waiting to be loaded into the plane.)
